In case of lost parcels, we will track your item down for you. If you suspect your post is lost, please contact us and give us time to track the item down before lodging a complaint to PayPal or eBay, it will take the same amount of time.
If the item is declared lost by Hong Kong Post, we will refund your money (less shipping cost) or send a replacement.
Warranty
This item comes with 3 months warranty, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the warranty period.
Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. S/H charges are not refundable.
