How much are your shipping & handling costs? 1. Regular Mail- AUD $5.99 Within Australia (Transit Time 3-6 Business Days), Registered Post AUD $14.99 within australia (Transit time 1-3 business days) and Express post aUD $11.99 (Transit time 2 -3 business days). All the above shipping rates are for first item, every additional item will be charged AU $1.99 per item.
2. Registered international air mail - $17.99 AUD worldwide (transit time 1-2 weeks). You can have a maximum of 15 items included in to one package. All the above shipping rates are for first item, every additional item will be charged AU $1.99 per item.
Do you have return Policy? If for any reason you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for any reason with in 7 days after you have received it for refund. Please note, we do not except returned items if we have not been notified prior. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
Do you have a Re-stocking fee? Please note, we have a 15% restocking policy and all shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Can I combine my items into one shipment? When selecting items from our shopping cart we will combine your items into one order for you until you proceed to check out within the 7 days combining period. The combining period will start from the time that you place your first purchase into your shopping cart.
Can I combine more items after I have checked out? When you check out and proceed to pay for your items the combining period will stop & you will not be able to combine anymore items into your shipment.
I don't live in the Australia can I still bid on your items? Yes, you can bid from any part of the world you want. We ship to all the service areas.
Do I have to pay custom charges? You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
