Shipping is from Perth Australia and costs $35AUD to Australia and $35USD worldwide.

Please understand that shipping costs us $75 per item as we have to have the goods removed from safe storage, delivered to the trade jeweller, picked up and delivered securely to our shipping contractor and then finally sent by Australia Post or by Fed-Ex. We lose money on our shipping so please understand why we must charge a token fee.

High street jewellers are disappearing very quickly as wholesalers like us take their clients, so it is the norm for a jeweller to say bad things about anything that is bought on the internet. Some of them are superbly skilled at making clients feel disappointed.

If you are uncomfortable with our credibility or that of the independent Laboratory HKD Canada that we use to grade our stones please do not bid.
We use HKD Canada as our certification body as they are recognised worldwide and there is no internationally recognized Laboratory at all in Australia that people know about.

Each Ebay auction costs us $500 including listing fees, final value fees, insurance, resizing, recerting, admin , phone calls, photography, staff costs ,plane journeys and importation. Just imagine all the effort and people it involves to get this diamond out of the mine and made into a ring for you in Australia????? We are there every step of the way going to the far ends of the earth to find you the diamonds and jewellery that you can afford.

This is a fixed cost and therefore it is far better for both parties to work together so that you can get the perfect ring for you at the correct budget.
