Shipping is from Perth Australia and costs $35AUD to Australia and $35USD worldwide.

Please understand that shipping costs us $75 per item as we have to have the goods removed from safe storage, delivered to the trade jeweller, picked up and delivered securely to our shipping contractor and then finally sent by Australia Post or by Fed-Ex. We lose money on our shipping so please understand why we must charge a token fee.

Please ask us questions to ensure that you buy the correct stone the first time. Please check the grading cert and cert picture to ensure you are bidding on the right quality. Its ok if you make a mistake we will exchange for you but we prefer if you get it right first time as this saves us money.

Please do not buy from us if you are unsure. Ask us a question. Also if you feel that our 100% feedback is not enough and you need to go see a high street jeweller to verify what the independent lab has stated please don't buy from us. Please go and pay full retail price at your local jeweller.

We have no interest nor care whatsoever in the opinion of any local jeweller unless you can provide us with his name and telephone number and he is willing to speak with us. High street jewellers are disappearing very quickly as wholesalers like us take their clients, so it is the norm for a jeweller to say bad things about anything that is bought on the internet. Some of them are superbly skilled at making clients feel disappointed.

If you are uncomfortable with our credibility or that of the independent Laboratory HKD Canada that we use to grade our stones please do not bid.
We use HKD Canada as our certification body as they are recognised worldwide and there is no internationally recognized Laboratory at all in Australia that people know about.

Bidding on our adverts is an acceptance in full of our terms and an acceptance that you are happy with HKD as the independent lab.

We work with integrity and honesty to provide normal people with diamonds and jewellery that they would not normally be able to afford.

We sell the full range and quality of diamonds from the lowest to the highest. If you misbuy this is not a problem as we will of course exchange for you but please do not be angry with us if you cannot afford the diamond that you want. We offer diamonds for less than anyone else BUT we cannot sell $100 bills for $50!!!!

The reason that we cannot do cash refunds is quite simple:

Each Ebay auction costs us $500 including listing fees, final value fees, insurance, resizing, recerting, admin , phone calls, photography, staff costs ,plane journeys and importation. Just imagine all the effort and people it involves to get this diamond out of the mine and made into a ring for you in Australia????? We are there every step of the way going to the far ends of the earth to find you the diamonds and jewellery that you can afford.

This is a fixed cost and therefore it is far better for both parties to work together so that you can get the perfect ring for you at the correct budget. This policy is the only way that we can continue to offer the 1$ Auction service that has brought happiness to now thousands of people previously denied their RIGHT to own a large diamond of over 1 carat in size.

So please 'WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS ON AUCTIONS'. We will however work with you until you are happy with a diamond that you both love and afford.
