  There is no higher diamond grading authority than GIA, please call your local jewellery store or the Jewellery Association of Australia  (JAA) to confirm this is the case.

 This diamond ring is certified by the Gemological Institute of America which is the world's foremost Authority on diamonds. G.I.A exists to protect all purchasers of diamonds. A nonprofit institute, GIA's mission is to ensure the public trust in gems and jewelry by upholding the highest standards of integrity, academics, science, and professionalism through education, research, laboratory services, and instrument development. Indeed it was actually GIA who invented the 4 C's of diamond grading!!!

 Each stone has been laser inscribed by GIA to ensure authenticity

 Everyone would love to own an SI diamond (which this is not) but not everyone can afford one as such a stone would cost $7 000 per carat. We are offering this I3 stone to people who don't have that kind of budget and we would suggest that you do not bid more than our maximum ever price for such a stone of $3500 per carat.

The ring is all and more than I expected.  The setting is so well made, even the underside has been finished well.  It looks great on my finger and I am enjoying the colour change (pleochroism) in the different light sources.  The depth of colour makes this subtle which enhances the ring. The diamonds around it are like mirrors in different lights and so enhance the tanzanite.  This is a ring I will treasure for years to come! If you are uncomfortable with our credibility or that of the independent Laboratory GIA that we use to grade our stones please do not bid.
We use GIA as our certification body as they are recognised worldwide and there is no internationally recognized Laboratory at all in Australia that people know about outside of Australia.

We understand that buying a diamond can be a minefield but rest assured we will always exchange your stone should you be unhappy. We will not have unhappy clients. We cannot do cash refunds on 1$ diamond auctions but we will always work with you until you are happy and exchanges will be done for any reason at all.

The reason that we cannot do cash refunds is quite simple:

Each Ebay auction costs us $500 including listing fees, final value fees, insurance, resizing, recerting, admin , phone calls, photography, staff costs ,plane journeys and importation. Just imagine all the effort and people it involves to get this diamond out of the mine and made into a ring for you in Australia????? We are there every step of the way going to the far ends of the earth to find you the diamonds and jewellery that you can afford.

This is a fixed cost and therefore it is far better for both parties to work together so that you can get the perfect ring for you at the correct budget. This policy is the only way that we can continue to offer the 1$ Auction service that has brought happiness to now thousands of people previously denied their RIGHT to own a large diamond of over 1 carat in size.

So please 'WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS ON AUCTIONS'. We will however work with you until you are happy with a diamond that you both love and afford.

Bidding on one of our diamonds is a commitment only to owning a diamond that you love. It may not be the first diamond that we send you!!!
