We hold all transfer master files on our system for 14 days from date of dispatch. You have these 14 days to check your transfer through to ensure your satisfaction with the transfer. Should you find an problem, please contact us at info@duplicationstation.com.au or on 0448 855 056 as soon as possible. If upon checking our copy of your file we find that an error has occurred at our end, we will re-burn the transfer at nil charge to you for this service or for the shipping.

The seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
