Recipe
ORANGE & POPPYSEED MUFFINS/Cake

Group 1

1 kg BAKELS ORANGE & POPPYSEED MUFFIN MIX

225 ml Water

6 Eggs

Group 2

280 ml Vegetable oil

METHOD

Place Group 1 into mixing bowl.

Beat for approx. 1 minute on low speed.

Scrape down.

Beat on second speed for 4 minutes.

Blend in Group 2 on low speed for approx. 1 minute.

Oven temperature 215°C.

Test with a skewer and remove from oven when the skewer is just clean...do not over-cook or it will be dry.

This cake is perfect for freezing and often benefits from a few days in the freezer before decorating!
