IT HAS A COOK AND A WARM SETTING AND THE MEASUREMENT LINE INSIDE OF THE PAN GOES TO 10-CUPS. IN NICE CONDITION WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SCRATCHING ON THE PAN. IT IS ABOUT 10-1/2" TALL WITH THE LID CLOSED.
