Delivery
We aim to deliver all our items within 12 days of your payment date. Items are typically dispatched from us between 1 – 5 days.
Our business days are Monday – Friday (9am - 4pm), so orders placed on Friday may not be ready for dispatch until mid week.
We highly suggest that all winning bidders who have not confirmed there pay pal postage address confirm there postage address when paying.
We cannot provide a refund neither can we re-dispatch an item, Unless you have confirmed your address and we have had it sent back to us from royal mail.
Collections are typically Tuesdays & Thursdays although this can vary due to surges and slumps in orders.
Faster shipping is available as well as express dispatch (fees may apply).
