Delivery
Item will be shipped to you from our Brisbane office via Australia Post or TNT.
Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you with all the details.
Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the claim.
The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on the parcel.
We will ship the item to you normally the same day payment is received into our bank account howeve some bank transfers can take three days before they show up, please contact your own bank on transfer times.
We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be finalised
