POSTAGE & HANDLING

If you purchase multiple items from us, postage charges are discounted in accordance with 'our policy' at checkout.
'Our policy' is that we use the highest postage & handling cost of the items you buy as the base. The postage & handling costs of each and every other item(s) is discounted by $1.75 per item.

We post within 24 hours of payment being made via PayPal. If paying by direct deposit, we post within 24 hours of the deposit appearing in our account. This can take up to 2 days to occur.

We use Australian post. If you would like registered mail (within AUSTRALIA) please let us know. It is an additional $2.50 but offers insurance of up to AUD$100.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

We employ staff to sort, pack & dispatch...our handling fees are included in the postage costs. The Australia Post costs are just one of the costs passed on to the buyer.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS. We offer a full refund of the purchase price if we have made an error or if the goods are damaged.

Damaged items must be returned within 7 days. On receipt of the damaged item, we will refund your money.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges on goods if you have changed your mind after purchases.
