We do not ship to PO Boxes, unless you live in the outer country areas. So please provide a street address at checkout. Don't forget to provide a phone number for the courier to contact you.

Most items are shipped by Australia Post eParcel service , accept for larger items which are sent via courier . You will be notified once we have despatched your item.

Tracking is available, please contact us if you have not received your item for more than 10 days. Please understand that we are not responsible for transit times as we use a 3rd party courier service. However, 99% of our parcels are delivered within a week.

We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, additional charges may apply for re-deliveries.

If item is found dead on arrival (DOA), we will replace it as soon as we have received the faulty item. In this case you will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 14 days. Item returned must be in the original packaging with a copy of the Invoice. Buyer is reponsible for return shipping charges.
