WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON

You are bidding on FIVE(5) 1KG packs of Barista blend 100% Arabica Coffee.

We use high-quality imported green beans from around the world (yes, we source from the same certified suppliers as the bigger coffee companies), roasted in Melbourne.

How the Barista Blend is created.

When crafting this 100% Arabica coffee, we leveraged from the success of our Organic Blend - staying with the successful formula of featuring outstanding Central American estate grown beans to deliver sublime chocolately results.

We have used quality Brasil Ipanema and PNG A grade as the base - consistent with most Espresso styles.

To bring in some sweetness and chocolately caramel, we have blended high proportions of Honduras Marcala SHB and Guatemala Antigua SHB - both top shelf and award winning single-origins in their own respect. If you are curious to know more about these excellent beans, have a look on Google and read the great reviews these sensational Central Americans coffees generate.

So, how does it Cup ?

This blend contains seriously high quality beans and you would think that competition on the palate might mean that the bitterness of the espresso base is fighting the sweetness and smoothness of the feature beans - but it works well and we think it should have something for most people. Feedback has been exceptionally positive to date.

Our difference is a complete and total focus on generating a superb coffee roast. We don't get distracted with coffee machines, equipment or retail and we don't save our best roasting or product for contract cafe clients.

We are a specialty roaster and we roast to order, not to stock. This enables us to concentrate on delivering a great bean without compromise on volume or other factors - your coffee is the freshest possible.

Our coffee is quality checked twice in the Roastery prior and during the packaging process. Control samples are logged and cupped to ensure compliance with our high standards. We maintain records from each batch for quality assurance.

Your coffee is heat sealed and packed in high-tech coffee gusset bags to lock in the freshness. These foil-lined gusset bags are extremely durable and contain a one-way-valve to exhaust the natural gases generated by fresh roasted coffee. We spend a lot of money on our packaging as it is so important to deliver quality coffee to you when it is "at it's peak".

Your coffee will be packed promptly after the roasting process has completed and as can be expected with fresh roasted coffee, there may be some natural swelling of the gusset bags (this indicates freshness! ).

This is great value coffee at below our cost.

Please Note: Our coffee is high quality and sells for $25/kilo retail. It is fresh roasted and not batch-made to stock.

We take considerable pride in the quality of our roasting and packaging of the coffee.

All coffee is quality checked (twice) at our Roastery prior to shipment in Australia Post delivery satchels.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage or lost items caused by Australia Post.

If you do recieve an item that does not meet reasonable packaging standards, we are happy to exchange the item for a similar replacement.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
