Package Noticed:
For some models, we will not pack it by Retail Box. For two reasons 1) Retail Boxes often are damaged in transit 2) Some Retail Boxes are overweight, which result in the postage are too high. In this case, we will use SPECIAL COMPACT CARTON BOX for packing your item. If you want to know if the item your auctioned will be packed in original box or not, please send a ebay message to us.
Network:
This phone can work at triband 900/1800/1900 GSM network, it can't work at only 850 frequency or CDMA network. please make sure your SIM card carrier is 900/1800/1900 GMS before your order this phone. we'll not answer for uncompatibility of you SIM card and the provider carrier.

Delivery:

All parcels are delivered by EMS express. we usually inform buyer the track number in 48 hours after payment

To USA,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Japan 7-15 work days after the order confirmed.
To United kingdom,Ireland,Scotland,France,Portugal,Norway and other west europe 8-15 days.
To other area such as east europe (Russion,Croatia...),middle east (Israel,Turkey...) perhaps need about 15-40 days according to every area custom clear speed.
