Organic Dill Seeds!

minimum 100 seeds per packet

 

Dill is an attractive and popular feathery leafed annual herb that grows to approx 1m high. It is found in many Scandinavian, Middle Eastern and Asian dishes. It’s known for its crisp grassy taste and rich aroma.  

Chopped dill leaves can be used in most dishes but are an especially perfect seasoning for seafood and potato recipes. The seeds are traditionally used with cucumbers to make dill pickles. Tea made from dill seeds and leaves is sometimes recommended a mild sedative, for stomach upsets and flatulence. Dill also works great with cheese, eggs and cream sauces or added to your favorite salad dressing. The leaves also make a very attractive garnish.

Dill is also used as a companion plant in the vegetable garden to help ward off pests.
