Combined shipping
You can have many bids and when you have won them, please contact us so that we can combine the items
in a single invoice (provided in the same currencies) so to save your shipping cost.
Shipping/Handling charges
Shipping/handling is US$2.99 / AU$4.00 / GBP1.50 / EUR2,50 per 100 crystals.
Additional shipping/handling charges will cost US$1 / AU$1 / GBP0.50 / EUR1 per 100 crystals.
Please note that the charges includes handling where we pick and pack the crystals according to your colour preferences.

Combining invoices in Different Currencies
When you are done bidding and winning, please email me so that we can re-invoice you with reduced shipping/handling.
In some circumstances when Ebay does not combine invoices in different currencies,
we will still reduce the shipping/handling in the respective invoices to be combined.

If you order 500 crystals and above in a single shipment, we will provide free
insurance and REGISTERED MAIL service which requires your signature upon delivery and is trackable upon delivery.
Please note that normal shipping/handling charges will still apply.
Registered Mail is advised for the following:
1) Countries as follows: Italy, Latvia, UK, Spain, Brazil, Puerto Rico, South Africa
2) Addresses containing abbreviations such as APT, HWY, N, S, E, W
3) Addresses of apartments or located in countryside & along highways
4) Addresses with alphabets or large numbers or street number e.g. 8080N 3rd st#29
5) Corporate or business addresses where many people have access to mails
6) Government or military address e.g. APO addresses
If you do not receive after 15 days:
1) Check shipping notification sent to email as per eBay
2) Check actual date of sending, which is possibly after weekend or holiday
3) Email will link to database and search for your name as per Paypal
4) Please allow extra days to make up for holidays or possible postal network delay
5) Track on USPS, Royalmail and AUSPOST
6) Track will only show when item is delivered or a notice is being left
7) If it is more than 14 days, please inform us so that we can advise accordingly
Return policy
1) If item is not compatible or usable, or is damaged, please return it within 7 days
