The industry standard that is regarded as acceptable allows up to 3 bright plus 3 dark pixels on the panel which is in line with manufacturer standards & this would not mean the panel is faulty. Dead pixels panels with 6 pixels or more within 12 month warranty period, the manufacturer complies with industry standard and reserves the right to repair the unit without refund.
