Terms & Conditions.....

General...

• Please, never "assume" that item "pick up" is available.
  Please email to be certain if not stated at top of the item description.
• If pick up is available, payment must be mad as outlined below - Cash on pick up is not accepted!
• Feedback is given when item is paid for - and is expected when item is received.
• Please be sure to ask questions if unsure of anything.

Warranty & Returns...

• All Item descriptions are honest appraisals, and imagess are of the actual item unless otherwise stated.
• Images are an integral part of the item description
• All items sold are second hand, unless otherwise stated, and are tested for general use prior to packing.
• All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis, and therefore carry no warranty.
• Since no warranty applies and ALL goods are sold "AS IS" and shipped in working condition, or as stated in the items description, a no return policy exists unless otherwise stated.

Payment...

• PayPal is accepted, but is NOT the preferred payment method due to fees that are unable to be recouped by the seller. eBAY policy enforces the acceptance of PayPal, and I accept the policy.
  PayPal fees incurred by me, are NOT added to your invoice.
  Should you find sellers engaging in this practice - report them - we'd all love to recoup costs, wouldn't we!
• Preferred payment method is Bank Deposit via EFT, or dir deposit.
• Payment MUST be made within 3days of end of auction/sale
  - if paying by EFT or Direct Deposit during bus hours Mon-Fri, payment will generally appear the following day.
  - if you EFT payments outside of bus hours Mon-Fri, it will generally take two days for the payment to appear.
• If payment is late, I make one call, or send one email to remind buyers of their obligations. Failure to respond, or make payment within 2 working days from reminder, will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute being lodged.
• International Buyers - IMMEDIATE PAYMENT BY PAYPAL ONLY.
• NOT ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT 
  - Cheques / Money Orders / Cash In Mail / COD 

Shipping & Packaging, and associated costs...

• Seller incurred costs, are passed on to the buyer IN THE FORM OF A HANDLING FEE.
• Shipping quotes are inclusive of HANDLING FEE.
• Shipping quotes are final - if you do not agree with the shipping quote, do not bid/buy.
• ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS SHOULD EMAIL FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE
• Shipping is generally provided by Australia Post
• Some interstate and larger items are shipped via Courier 
• Postage / Shipping calculators are ALWAYS provided unless otherwise stated
  - they provide the quote, and all quotes are final.
• ALL ITEMS ARE SENT "REGISTERED" WITH PROOF OF SENDING DOCUMENTATION
• OR IF DELIVERED BY COURIER, "SIGNED FOR" DELIVERY IS REQUIRED
  - THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
