Defective items are fully refundable for the purchase price. The buyer must return the item in its original condition with all that occompanies the item. Once items are returned we will employ a certified gemologist to study the item. If the buyer deems that the item has been tampered with or modified in anyway the price of the gemologist evaluation will be the buyers responsibility. A formal complaint will also be sent to the police for investigation and the item will be sent back to the buyer, the postage will need to be paid by the buyer if this process occurs.
