We deliver to most major cities throughout Australia however for all other locations the item can be picked up from a depot closest to you. Please enter your postcode to determine delivery cost. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us.

We require a physical address and contact phone number in order for us to dispatch your item. No PO Box or GPO Box addresses. Shipping is door to door delivery for most major cities, all other locations the item will be delivered to a depot closest to you. 
Australia Wide Supplies contracts out their delivery service with a reputable courier. We cannot guarantee delivery times however you will be able to track item with the consignment number. Once payment is received in full we will email all delivery details to your email account listed with ebay. The delivery service generally delivers the product to you within 10 business days depending on location. Delivery time is between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Delivery prices quoted above and emails are subject to change depending on your location. All prices quoted are for basic delivery service under the condition that a physically capable individual will be at that destination to assist the courier driver to unload the items from the vehicle if the items weigh more than 30kg. If the buyer is not present at time of delivery a $20 re-delivery fee will apply. Transit insurance is available for all deliveries for the amount of $50. We do not take any responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in transit if buyer has not paid for transit insurance. 
DRIVERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MOVE THE ITEM INSIDE OR BEHIND THE HOUSE.
 
Transit Insurance
Postage Insurance is an optional $50. Please ensure you adhere to the following steps otherwise your claim will be rejected.

1) Check the item immediately BEFORE you sign on the Received in Good Condition
2) DO NOT sign  on the Received in Good Condition if item is damaged.
3) Report to us within 24 hours if item is damaged.
4) Provided us evidence of damaged item (i.e. picture).

Transit insurance is not included if buyer arranges their own  picks up from our warehouse. Transit insurance is not included if buyer request that item should be left at the address or if no one is present to receive the items. 
Claim process may take a long time due the insurance process, buyer must be patient during these procedures
 
Pick Up Available 
Monday to Saturday between 12-4pm at Unit 2 /11 Kenoma Place, Arndell Park 2148.
We have friendly staff to assist in loading item into your vehicle and encourage customers to pick up from our warehouse. Please ensure item will fit into your vehicle dimensions and item weight can be found in item description. We only accept cash as payment option when picking up.

Are the shower screens easy to install?
The shower screens are fairly simple to install if you’re confident with using an electric drill and basic tools, if you are uncertain the local handyman should not have a problem. If located in Sydney we recommend using our installer.
Why are they so cheap?
Don’t be fooled by the price, these are quality shower screens with quality fittings; we are an Australia distributor and supply many builders. Therefore we can pass the savings on to you.
Are they of good Quality?
Yes! We only supply stainless steel fittings therefore ensuring they don’t rust. We exceed Australian standards for frameless glass shower screens. All our screens are 10mm toughened safety glass with polished edges.

WARRANTY AND DELIVERY POLICY BEFORE BIDDING
Successful buyers will be automatically contacted via email following purchase or auction completion. Winning buyers must make payments within 5 business days after winning the auction. Item will not be available for pick up or delivery until full payment has cleared into our bank account. We will notify you by email once payment has cleared. We require a physical address and contact phone number in order for us to dispatch your item. No PO Box or GPO Box addresses. Shipping is door to door for Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro ONLY, other locations item will be delivered to the nearest depot.
All sales are final. No refunds. We accept exchanges within 14 days from date of shipment. Buyer must provide original invoice and pay for delivery cost of item.  
14 days replacement guarantee only applies if item is in a original condition and packaging is not damaged or opened. Non paying buyers will be invoiced a $100 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to take legal actions to recover fees owing if contract is not fulfilled. Winning bidder must pay for delivery cost unless item is being picked up. Please refer to Delivery Terms.
All bidders must agree with Australia Wide Supplies warranty, return, and delivery policies before bidding. 
Australia Wide Supplies does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. Whilst care has been taken, Australia Wide Supplies will not be directly liable for loss, theft or damage to any goods. If problem arises, please contact us and we will endeavor to do our best to resolve any issue.

Warranty
12 months warranty applies on all Australia Wide Supplies hardware and fittings. You must provide a copy of the invoice issued and send defective component to us. Warranty does not include delivery cost of the item. Australia Wide Supplies reserves the right to refuse warranty if item has been incorrectly installed, neglected or not used for the intended purpose. The warranty period starts from the shipping or pickup date.
 
Return Policy
Australia Wide Supplies accept exchanges within 14 days from date of shipment. Buyer must provide the original invoice and arrange for the return of the items to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for the risk of loss and all postage costs associated with the exchange. All goods to be exchanged must at all times be kept in the original package and in original condition (Perfect resalable condition).
