Side handles and hinges made
of top quality high impact
Polypropylene - allows for
easy comfortable carrying by one or
two people. High Impact Polypropylene side handles are something many ice box suppliers leave off their ice boxes to cut down on material costs. Chillco's Ice Boxes are all fitted with two carrying methods.
1) The mould in carrying ledges moulded into the ice box body.
2) The white high impact Polypropylene side handles.
White handles will also reflect the suns rays so you don't burn your hands when picking up your ice box.

reflector to the suns harmful rays.
Most of the temperature
in an ice box is lost through the
lid so unlike other ice box suppliers, we have designed our Chillco
ice boxes with white lids. Can also
be used as a step or a seat

non-marking white rubber drag skids
- to prevent scuff marks on boat
decking and to stop the ice box
sliding around.

Conveniently located large
bung drain plug with rubber O-ring
- can also be connected to garden
hose fittings to assist in the
drainage of water from ice.

Heavy duty marine grade
stainless steel compression latches
- to tightly secure the lid and to
prevent the outside heat from
entering the ice box. Other Ice Box suppliers are known to use
a quad latch system which consists of two rope pulldowns and two
stainless steel latches. The problem with rope pulldowns is they
have been known
to break under stress. Some Chillco Ice boxes are even fitted with
THREE marine grade stainless steel latches. The fact is, it doesn't matter how many
rope or rubber pulldown latches are fitted to an ice box, the lid can only close and
compress to a certain point. So in essence, these extra latches
other than the stainless steel latches will do nothing else other
than look pretty on your ice box. Having more latches than the marine
grade stainless steel latches is an industry gimmick which also
unnecessarily inflates the price of the ice box.

All our Chillco cushions are white in colour. The white vinyl acts as a reflector to the sun, ensuring that it doesn’t get overly hot
and burn your backside! The inside of the cushion is made from the finest GPE foam which makes a very comfortable padded seat. The outside cover of the cushion is made of a high quality vinyl which can easily be wiped clean.
The adhesive Velcro side flaps also ensure that the cushion attaches securely to your Chillco Cooler.

That’s how confident we are in our product!

Lifetime warranty only applies to ice boxes. Ice box cushions come
with a 1 year warranty. All coolers and cushions may occasionally
come with minor scuffs, scratches,
indentations and imperfections which are
hardly noticeable but are normal when
dealing with Polyethylene plastic and vinyl.
Some of the skids at the bottom of the
coolers may also have some faint marks as they
have been stored on concrete floors during
the manufacturing process. These cosmetic
issues as well as any other cosmetic issue will not be included as part of the
warranty. Rest assured these are fantastic
brand new coolers made with the finest of materials and workmanship.

In the event of loss or damage,
Chillco must be contacted immediately and a claim will be
lodged on your behalf.

Conditions
Before signing the delivery
docket, check that no damage has occurred in transit.
If
the
goods
have
arrived
damaged,
the
docket
must
be
marked
“DAMAGED
GOODS”
prior
to
signing
and
immediately
reported
in
writing
to
Chillco.
(Signing
without
notation
indicates
the
goods
have
arrived
in
good
condition).
Damaged
goods
as
well
as
the
original
packaging
must
be
kept
for
inspection.
Pictures
of
the
damaged
goods
with
the
packaging
should
be
forwarded
to
Chillco
as
evidence
to
support
the
claim.
Re-delivery
Charges / Remote Area Charges
Orders are delivered during
normal business hours.
The buyer will be liable for
re-delivery charges if the
premises are unattended at
the time of delivery.
If you are unavailable or
not present at time of
delivery, you will be left
with a card notifying you
that the delivery has been
sent back to the depot. Any
goods that are returned back
to the depot and any
re-deliveries will incur a
$15
charge.

note on the consignment to
have your goods left at your
front or back door at the
buyers own risk to avoid any re-delivery charges. Please let us
know your instructions.

Failure
to pay Re-Delivery charges
and/or Remote Area Charges

REMOTE AREA CHARGES:
If applicable, a
$22 TNT Remote Area fee will be charged to any area that falls outside TNT's regular delivery network.
If you think that you live in a remote area, please check the
TNT Remote Areas List. If your postcode shows up in the list, you will need to add an additional
$22 to the invoice.
If a remote area fee is discovered after delivery of your goods then Chillco Coolers reserve the right to bill you for this amount.
Tracking
Please make sure that the

Pickup

All pickups will incur a non

additional item thereafter. Unfortunately, these charges are
charged by the logistics
warehouse and will need to
be paid for prior to pickup.
