Payments

Payments are due within 7 days of auction close unless you have notified seller in advance of continued bidding. (See combined shipping)

Combined Shipping

All items are eligible for a combined shipping discount.  We use actual weights and sizes to determine your shipping discount but guarantee a minimum of $1.50 discount per item.  You will be issued an invoice after each multiple win that will update you as to current charges.  We will combine shipping for 14 DAYS from the date original purchase.  We will use flat rate shipping when it provides the most economical option and will not charge you any extra unless the box becomes full.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday and usually Saturday.  We ship your item within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving cleared payment.  You will receive an e-mail from PayPal with all tracking information (exception:  First Class International Shipments).

Feedback

Please remember we cannot leave buyers neutral or negative feedback so you have nothing to fear by first leaving us feedback.  We need you to do this so that we know that you have received the item and the transaction is complete.  Please contact us before leaving feedback if you have a concern or complaint and let us try to resolve the issue for you.  Leaving neutral or negative feedback before contacting us forfeits your right to a full or partial refund – you are telling us the transaction is complete.

Returns and Refunds

We agree to refund all shipping charges incurred if an item is misrepresented and the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us before returning your item.

International Buyers

We are more than happy to do business with you.  Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote if necessary.  Please note that we will not mark packages as a “gift” or lie about content value.

All of our packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service and we would like to thank them for their wonderful service and providing the following information:

First Class International shipments are not eligible for tracking – once they leave the post office they are almost impossible to locate in transit.

The USPS reserves the right to open any package marked Media Mail – we will not ship items Media Mail that do not meet the criteria.

Parcels marked Parcel Post or Media Mail that become lost in the mail or are found to be undeliverable will not be returned to us – nor will they attempt to redeliver them to you.

They will simply throw them out.  Please make sure that the address you give us is correct and consider using Priority or First Class Mail to ensure prompter delivery and avoid the chance of your item being “dead lettered”.
