Stock Levels and Availability of Items

We endeavour to have all listed items in stock available for immediate dispatch. However, due to our many selling avenues, in rare instances some items may be temporarily out of stock. This means that even though the listing may say 6 available, there may only be 2, for example. If this occurs we will notify the buyer of a delayed delivery time. Please contact us if this concerns you before you buy.

Payment Information

We accept the following methods of payment and ask that payment is made within 3 days of purchase. If you require combined postage, please email for a revised invoice prior to making payment at checkout. Once payment has been made, we cannot combine purchases.

PayPal – Instant Payment, Credit Card, or eCheque. NB. eCheques will take up to 5 business days to clear. 

Bank Deposit or Transfer – Payment will take 24-48 hours to appear in our account. Bank Account Details for Majestic Weddings are available in the checkout procedure.

Credit Card – Please advise by email if you wish to pay by Mastercard or Visa. Instructions will follow.

Money Order – Available at your local Post Office. This payment method will take 5 business days to clear once money order has been received.

Postage and Delivery

We use Australia Post eParcel for non-fragile postage requirements. Glass and other fragile items must be shipped by courier and a street address is essential for delivery. A signature must be obtained as receipt of delivery for all parcels.

Postage price is a flat-rate provided for Australian cities and most regional areas. Deliveries to outback areas (including but not limited to all of Northern Territory, and Western Australia except Perth) will incur additional delivery charges. Postage charge includes all packaging and handling costs.

Items are not posted on every day of the week. As stated in the listing, please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date of payment. If a rush order is necessary, please contact us to explore the possibility. An additional fee may apply if postage does not fit our schedule.
