We describe items as accurately as we can and indicate any imperfections that we see. The winning bidder is to contact us within 3 days of the end of auction and payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. We accept Bank Deposit and Money Orders. We prefer Direct Bank deposit, the details will be emailed in an invoice at the auctions end. Paypal is accepted but NOT preferred. We will post your item as soon as the money is received- please leave user name or item no. to avoid any delays in posting. We are happy to combine items when possible to make postage cheaper. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post so let us know if you would like postal insurance (recommended). If there are any problems please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We mostly use prepaid satchels and when possible we use recycled packaging. Unless stated otherwise, postage costs shown in our listings ONLY covers the costs of postage to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australian METRO AREAS ONLY. If you live outside of the metro area in these states or live in another state, then please contact us BEFORE BIDDING for a P&H quote.
