General Return / Replacement Policy:
We describe and represent all merchandise listed in each auction and store listing as fully and correctly as possible. We guarantee the item to arrive as it is represented (although monitor colour differences will occour and possible colour variation must be considered by the buyer before purchasing). We will take full responsibility in the event a major mistake has occurred in any of our listings. Please note that sizes and weights and volumes are often just estimates and a variance of up to 10% - 15% is acceptable. Should valuations, RRP’s or such not be the same as given by a local jeweller even if a registered gemologist and valuer it is not a reason for return as these can vary by many 100’s of percent at times.
If the goods were damaged or lost in shipping, we will replace them or refund if insurance was paid for the item (if we cannot replace for some reason) at no cost after the shipping company has given us the OK, therefore a fair amount of insurance is required.
We always try to ensure all of our items are in top condition and always package with great attention to detail.
Items received damaged or non-functioning (DOA=Dead-On-Arrival) will be exchanged or repaired by us at no charge. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving an item by sending an email to us. The buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.  Buyer must email us for a return authorization number and return instructions with the ebay item number and the problem. We cannot process replacement without this information. Any possible customs etc. charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. To accommodate your wishes we accept authorized returns for an exchange, credit, or refund (at our choice and subject to availability) within 7 days of receipt of the purchased items. Items must be in their original condition with our packaging. We will not reimburse the return or original shipping. Any credit or refund will be for the purchase price paid, minus shipping / insurance, charged fees and a 15% restocking.
