We cannot provide exact delivery time, however the courier company will contact buyer to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery of the item. If you are not at home during the arranged delivery day, a card will be left, and you must contact the carrier to arrange pick up at the nearest depot or arrange for a re-delivery (a re-delivery fee will apply). We only dispatch after payment confirmation to the address specified on your EBAY user information. If it is not the address that you wish your item delivered to, please advise us prior to payment. You must have proper address and phone number. Delivery is not available during weekend, holiday or after hours.

Due to the nature of the item, combined items postage saving is not applicable.

Payments must be received within 5 working days of receiving winning notification.

Ebay Unpaid Strike will be given to any non-paying bidder and we will charge a cancellation fee of $80. By bidding, you are entering a legal contract to purchase the item. Please do not bid if you do not agree and not willing to pay as we will not make exception. We will not hesitate seeking professional debt collection agency to collect any outstanding amount if necessary.

The email should contain all the details. However, if you have not received it, please contact us through eBay message.

Buyer must edit their postage insurance if required. If there is error or you think we made a mistake in sending the total amount, please contact us immediately so we check change it if found incorrect.

30-DAY PARTS WARRANTY.

Warranty does not cover labour and postage costs. The buyer will be responsible for ANY postage costs incurred. We do offer free diagnosis and repairs at our discreet for our products. Labour cost may apply especially for products that are not from us but we will inform buyer fully before proceding.

Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use, incorrect assembly, accident, collision, wear and tear, as well as improper maintenance. Buyer must treat the bike like any other vehicle and service the bike with qualified person as well as doing regular maintenance.

Warranty is voided if engine is tampered with or performance parts installed by the customer.

If a part or product is damaged or not functioning on arrival, we require buyer to contact us immediately and then arrange to send the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. Buyer must provide photos or send part back (where photos does not help) on request. We will examine and test the fault and once confirmed we will replace or repair any of our item deemed to be faulty at no cost. However, we must stress that all postage fees are buyer responsibility.

Item cannot be returned by COD. We will refuse to accept item returned through COD. All postage costs are buyer's responsibility and buyer must contact us prior to sending back item for warranty.

All spare parts are available for purchase. In the event if we do not stock the parts, we can order it in from oversea manufacturer.

Therefore, editing errors in the details are unintentionally and we cannot be held liable. If error is found prior to auction end, we will revise prior to at least 12hr before auction ending time.

Sale is final. No raincheck. Quality guarenteed. If there is any problem at all once you receive the item, please contact us to resolve it as soon as possible through Ebay messaging system unless specified otherwise.

Buyer is fully responsible for assuring that the equipment is and remain in good working order before use. Buyer must take all safety precaution prior to and during using the item.

Buyer must have knowledge of operating as well as the characteristics of the vehicle. Buyer must do regular maintenance and seek qualified person for servicing/fixing where there is need.

The person operating the vehicle must be trained and fully aware of the limitation and safety of handling the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all the necessary safety precautions while operating this bike. We are NOT responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused.

Refund must be done within 7 days only if the item is substantially not as described in the auction or completely Dead On Arrival and cannot be fixed through our help. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. Item must be in new condition and everything repacked securely for return shipping or you drop it to our warehouse. We will inspect the bike prior to refunding. Refunds does not include all shipping/return postage fees, damage/repair/parts costs. If the bike does not belong to us or contain parts swapped that does not belong to us, we will take the cost out of the refund as well. A restocking fee of 15% of the final value will apply.

Setup

The bike comes 90% assembled. Minimal assembly is required. Please check that all nuts, wiring and bolts are tightened before riding as they can become loose during shipping.

Please check the oil levels. The bikes uses unleaded petrol for the engine.

Please do not over-rev the engine for the first 3 tanks of petrol.
