About Inner 14.4v NiMH 3300mAh Battery Kit for iRobot Roomba Series:
Describe
This battery is compatible with all Roomba models, and has 10% more running time than other OEM battery pack.
Please note the coming item's color may be vary.
14.4V, 3300mAh NiMH battery pack is made of 12 PCs High quality NiMH Sub C cells, and packed by 2x6 serial configuration.
Capacity: 3300mAh.
Max. Discharging rate is 10C @ 33A.
One 70 °C thermistor is installed in the battery pack, power will be cut off if battery temperature exceed 70 °C during charging or discharging to prevent from overcharge.
Can be recharged up to 1000 cycles.
3 Poles are ready with 6" length wires for easy DIY, you do not need soldering.

The battery is designed for exactly replacement of internal battery pack for iRobot vacuum cleaner, eg. Roomba APS 4905, 41xx, 42xx,43xx series. Before you bid, please open the battery box plastic cover, measeure the content if this inner battery pack can put in.
Please note may be the battery pack's wrap vary.
To replace inside battery, you need to take off 4/6 screws top of the case, then put new battery.
Please make sure three polarities of battery pack. Please note RED wire is always connect to positive.
How to replace the battery with DIY, please refer the following illustrations.
1. Loose all screws on the top from original Roomba Battery case. You need a triangle screw driver to do so(the special purpose screw driver is included). You can also make a triangle screw driver by grinding machine.
2. Open cover, the cover may be glued, you may need a flat screw driver to open it carefully.
3. Take old battery off.
4. Put new battery into the case, put positive pole(RED wire) to the slot that far away body, put negative pole(BLACK ware) to the slot near case body. Please don't make wrong polarity.
RED wire: battery positive --- Metal contact near edge
BLACK wire: battery negative --- metal contact near battery
WHITE wire: temperature sensor --- metal contact on other side
5. Then reverse above procedure to close battery cover.
