Shipping Costs

To find the correct shipping/handling/insurance charges, please scroll down to the "SHIPPING AND HANDLING" section and enter your zip code and/or country into the shipping calculator. If you do not enter the zip code, you may only see the price for Express Mail shipment.

Combined Shipping

• We are pleased to combine items for shipment to save you money in postage whenever possible.
• For a quote on combined shipping, please e-mail us. Include your zip code and/or country as well as the items that you are considering purchasing.

Shipping Timeframes

• We ship upon receipt of payment, often the same day, but no later than the next business day after payment is received.

• If you pay with an e-check, we are required to wait until it clears before we can ship. So if you are in a hurry to receive your item, please choose a different form of payment.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES WITHIN THE U.S.

• Parcel Post/First Class Mail/Media Mail, if offered, are less costly than Priority Mail, but can take two weeks or more for delivery, especially if the destination is west of the Mississippi.
• Priority Mail is supposed to take 2-3 days for delivery, but can take longer.
• Express Mail is the only shipment method that will guarantee delivery by a certain date. From our rural area, delivery is guaranteed within two days, not one.
• Express Mail shipments to Virginia addresses usually are guaranteed for next day delivery.

SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE U.S.

• PLEASE ORDER EARLY! We cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date due to postal and/or customs delays. Delays are especially prevalent close to Halloween and Christmas.
• When choosing your shipping method, please note that the less you pay, the longer it may take for the package to arrive. It is our understanding that cargo is placed on the aircraft as room is available, with Express Mail loading first, then Priority Mail and last is First Class Mail.
• Tracking information is not available for shipments sent by First Class International Mail.
• Your country may charge duty upon delivery. This is paid for by the recipient.
• Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms.

Sales Tax

Purchases mailed to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to tax or duty. This is paid for by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as they are in new, unused condition and original, undamaged packaging. Shipping/handling/insurance fees are not refundable.
