During the warranty period, we will repair any Surelaptop-branded hardware products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. Customer is responsible for all transportation and associated charges for returning the original item/parts to Surelaptop.
Prior to returning a product, email us for a Return Authorization Number and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "Return Authorization Number procedures" provided on the warranty card. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase where the item was originally purchased.
In terms of your order processing, all items will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received. We will notify you the shipping time of your items.
