Induction Electrical Cooker



Induction cooking is based on magnetic field induction and vortex radiation. This technology is energy efficient, as heat is applied only to the pan rather than a constant, open heat as found on a conventional cooktop. This is not only better for your power bill, but for the environment as well.

This cooktop has advanced safety features such as a self-preservation mode which detects when a pan is removed from the cooktop, and no smoke or fire is produced - reducing the possibility of danger or accidents commonly associated with cooking devices.

The OIC16S has micro-computer control, which means it has multile heating functions: stew, hot-pot, fry, keep warm, and steam. It also has multiple heat settings to keep temperatures stable.

It is incredibly easy to clean as it has a high quality ceramic board which requires only the wipe of a cloth!

This machine is 220-240V~50Hz, and 1600W so it is powerful enough for any cooking job.

It has been used only a handful of times and is in excellent condition. Unfortunately I am forced to sell it because I am moving into a smaller house and don't use it enough to justify keeping it!
