This is a Factory refurbished unit (ex-display/ demo/ returns), inspected and test by technicians, there will be some minor scuffs/ scratch marks common to this type of item.

For dead on arrival items, please claim within 5 days of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping cost.
For warranty claim after 5 days, return postage costs are resposibility of the buyer. We will return the replacement to you with free freight.
For refund, full refund available within warranty period but postage is not refundable in any circumstances.

Combined Shipping Discount

We offer 50% discount on the subsequent postage of combined items paid for at the same time. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at 50%.
Combined shipping may not be available to international shipments if parcel is going to be oversized.

Delivery Protection

All parcels are insured and signature is required upon collection. In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyer will need to send them back at their own cost and we will send replacement once return received. Insurance is optional for overseas (include New Zealand) parcels ($8 per parcel). Buyers will be responsible for damage or loss if parcel is uninsured.

Delivery Time

Items are shipped on next business day after payment received. Over-sized items not allowed by Australia Post are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.
Please allow 3 to 14 working days for items to be delivered within Australia. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for overseas economy air delivery and 1 week for 1st class airmail.
Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Items will be delivered to your ebay registered address unless specified, please ensure it is correct.
