Up for auction is this fine and vintage (c.1950s+) lot of seventeen felt silverware storage bags purchased from a local silver dealer who went out of business last year. Lot is formed by the following bags: 1 bag to store a six-piece luncheon place setting that measure approximately 9" long (marked Foster's Jewelers). 1 bag that measures 9" long and holds a 6-piece luncheon place setting. 1 bag to store a six-piece dinner place setting that measure approximately 10.5" long (marked Foster's Jewelers). 1 bag to store a six-piece luncheon place setting that measure approximately 9" long (marked Howard S. Smith). 1 bag measuring 5" long for storing six demitasse / coffee spoons (marked Foster's Jewelers). 1 bag measuring 7.5 inches long for storing 8 pieces of flatware 1 bag measuring 6.5 inches long for storing 8 pieces of flatware 1 bag that measures 7.5 inches long and holds 6 pieces of flatware 1 bag measuring 9.5 inches long for storing lucheon-size knives 8 small felt bags for storing individual / serving pieces of flatware
All are found in good / used condition. May use a light cleaning. Show no tears or areas of unsightly damage and is being offered for a low opening bid and no reserve. Thank you.
