Item(s) will be shipped out from Hong Kong post office by registered airmail within 2 to 10 working days after clearance of payment (Working days is from Monday to Friday). An email enclosed tracing number will be sent to you after dispatch of your parcel. You can trace the parcel online. Delivery normally takes 7 to 10 working days. except some countries, like Italy and it may take more than 2 weeks for those countries. We only ship items upon receipt of payment which is cleared in PayPal or eBay. 2. We deliver packages to UK, Spain, Germany, Netherland, France, Sweden, Swizerland, Belgium, Portugal, US, Australia. Defective items must be returned to our office in Hong Kong for replacement or repair. They will be carefully inspected before repair or exchange. 4. Customers are responsible for all delivery expenses associated with original order and exchanges. Notice: 1. Importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you VAT, Customs clearance fees. The customer, as the importer, is responsible for paying any such costs. 2. If there is customs expenses, you need to pay the taxes to the courier on receipt of the items. 3. Customs vary depending on countries and waybill declarations. We normally declare a "Retail Value in Hong Kong" at waybill by request of the customers. There is no way to predict these taxes.
