You are viewing this wonderful antique early 1800s pub sign. Painted on stretched canvas of solid wood on both sides this sign is just amazing. The artist capture such fine detail when executing this fine piece of art. The stoic appearance of the two men painted on each side really give you a feel for this painting. The frame is solid wood and the top has the original metal fascia. Measuring 42" wide 50" tall 4 1/2" deep this would be wonderful suspended from a rod or ceiling.
