This is an 1880, Large Sized RARE GENUINE Original Antique Colour Wood Engraved, GENERAL Map of QUEENSLAND. It is an Interesting Historical Map, which would be hard to find. It shows a Large Map of QUEENSLAND, with all the SHIRE BORDERS, around QUEENSLAND, in the 1880's. It is unframed, and in Good Condition. The colour is far more vibrant and crisp than the photo shows. It has NO, tears, but does have a light fold across the centre. It has come from the Australian Colonial Journal, "Picturesque Australasia", which was printed in 1880. It would frame up beautifully. It measures 15 inch by 25 inch. (38.1cm x 63.5cm). It has a good border around the Engraved Map. It would make an Ideal Addition to any Good Collection of Fine Early QUEENSLAND Historical Maps.
