This is a 1886 Great Britain Halfpenny coin showing Queen Victoria. This coin is a wonderful example of a so called 'shaved' coin and I don't have to show you a close up, as material was 'shaved off' over the whole one side of the blank. I would grade this very hard to find error coin gF, but have a look for yourself.
