"Lays of Ancient Rome"
by Thomas Babington Macaulay

Published in 1888.
255 pages

Contains 6 poems, including: Horatius, Battle of Lake Regillus, Virginia, The Prophecy of Capys, Ivry and The Armada.

Poetry is full of references to ancient battles, maidens and murder!

Book measures approx 10 x 13cm
Contents are in excellent condition, with no loose pages.
In great shape for a book thats about 120 years old!
