Rare big game hunting hardbound book entitled "Hunting the Grisly and Other Sketches" by Theodore Roosevelt.

CONDITION:

Book is ex-library in good minus condition.  Wear on spine and edges.  Library number is written on spine.  Front and back hinges are cracked but still holding.  First three pages are attached to each other but not to the book.  Library name is stamped on title page.  The word 'Hunting" is written on first blank end page and back side of title page.  Due date sticker on last end page.  Card pocket is attached to inside back cover.  Pages lightly yellowed with age.  Otherwise no marks, stains or writing. 

DESCRIPTION:

Copyright in 1893 and published by P. F. Collier & Son as part of The Works of Theodore Roosevelt, Executive Edition.  Contains 296 pages with a frontis illustration of Roosevelt in hunting attire.

III.  Old Ephraim, the Grisly Bear

IV.  Hunting the Grisly

V.  The Cougar

VI. A Peccary Hunt on the Nueces
