All payments must be received within 7 days of auction closing date. The ONLY exception to this is Money Orders which must be received by us by the 10th business day of auction closing date. We will not be responsible to "Hold" any merchandise for the winning bidder after the 14th day and may make item(s) available for auction.

We are happy to combine shipping costs for multiple purchases. There is a seven day window for combining your auctions. Wait for your last auction to close, then check out through our Checkout process and your shipping charge will appear (before you pay). All items must be paid together to qualify for the combined shipping discount; if you checkout several times, your order will be shipped separately and you will not enjoy the combined shipping discount.

IMPORTANT: Please include a printout / photocopy of your Invoice and/or eBay Item Reference Number(s) when sending in your payment.

Returns

We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 business days of receipt.

There is a 10% restocking fee on the Closing Price of the Winning Item unless you have received a wrong item or it has been misdescribed and your shipping costs will not be refunded. All the item(s) need to be in its original condition, not worn or altered with all original documents.

Ship the item by any mail. Buyer is responsible for all insurance and shipping charges on returned items back to us. We will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange going back.

Returns (Refunds/Exchanges) may take 2 to 4 weeks to process. Please allow at least one billing cycle on your credit card before contacting Customer Support if you do not see a credit on your statement / paypal account for your returned order. Replacement of damaged or defective items returned after 5 business days will be at the discretion of us. We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item.
