18TH BIRTHDAY TIARA

One size fits all

The tiara is made of hard plastic with the appearance it is silver

The 18 is written in a pink glitter 

There are pink hearts around the base

Three round pink jewels on top

The tiara has small combs to keep it in place

NOTE:  The tiara base at its widest point is 12cm.  It will expand some more when placed on your head.  It can be worn on your forehead or on the very top of the head like a crown.
