This Cashback Offer by Acer Computer Australia Pty Ltd ABN 78 003 872 768 (Acer) is open to customers who purchase the X193HQ LCD Monitor from an Acer authorised reseller in Australia during the Cashback Offer period which is from 05-Jun-2009 to 31-Dec-2009. The customer must be a resident of Australia.
Once your claim has been received and accepted by Acer, please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your $29.00 cheque (Australian currency) by ordinary mail.
All cashback claims must be registered on-line within 14 days of purchase. All supporting documents must be received by Acer within 30 days of purchase. Applications received after this period will not be accepted. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
A printout of the completed online form, bearing a system generated cashback claim number must be mailed in, along with a legible copy of the tax invoice from the store and the physical barcode label containing the matching product SNID.
