A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
When purchasing more than one item you receive a $10.00 discount off the postage for every item purchased after the first item. E.g. If you purchase 1 item and the delivery charge is $10.00 then purchase a second item with a delivery charge of $10.00 then the postage on the second item is free. Or if you purchase a item with postage of $20.00, a second item also has postage of $20.00 and a third item with postage of $15.00 then you total charge would be $35.00.
E.G. $20.00 + $10.00 + $5.00 = $35.00
Please note the first postage cost is always calculated using the highest postage amount for the items you have purchased!
Payment
The successful purchaser must complete the sale transaction within 5 days, from the end of the auction. If the transaction is not completed within this time we will presume that you do not wish to continue with the sale and eBay will be notified.
We prefer Bank Deposits or Paypal Payments or contact us if you would like to pay via credit card. We accept Mastercard or Visa. Items will be shipped after clearance of payment.

Refunds and Returns
Items sold by Hardware2u are brand new and are good quality, however if the item is received faulty the buyer needs to contact us within 7 days of purchase. Ifrequired the item the item may need to be returned (AT BUYERS COST) for checking or for a replacement. REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE unless item is no longer in stock and can no longer be replaced. If the item is found to be faulty Hardware2u will refund the returning cost and post out a replacement item.

Delivery
Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Sheds generally take 7 to 14 days and garages can take up to 25days. In some cases delivery may be longer but it will specified in the product descriptions.
No weekend or after hours delivery available.
Pick up are OK just let us know your coming.
