This beautiful vintage Bank of Texas bank note was issued by the Democratic Party during the 1914 election.  It is very funny to read and at the same time you realize we still face the same problems in funding schools almost 100 years later.  In the center of the note is a vignette of a man with the slogan "In Politicians We Trust-Washington or Bust".  This item would make a great addition to any bank note or political collection.
