This beautiful old antique art deco coffee table, was hand crafted from solid wood, around the 1920s/'30s. It has a wonderful octagonal top, which has been crafted in mosaic style, to creat a stellar pattern, using different wood grains, and gracefully curved supports, which arch in, near the base, to hold the smaller octagonal base piece, and then curve out again to form the feet. 

 Being nearly 100 years old, this beautiful table has plenty of patination and signs of wear, including a number of circular glass/coffee mug marks, and some scratches, but most of the wear is superficial, and this table could easily be restored, using some steel wool or sand paper, and a good re-varnish. Most of the wear, is actually just the wearing away of the varnish or wax coating. If you carefully sand the top down, and then re-apply a layer of varnish, wax or stain, this table will look stunning. One of the legs/feet have been broken, and re-glued. It is not very noticeable, and reasonably well done, but could always be improved upon, to give it a seamless finish. This fine old antique table represents an excellent investment, and would make a superb addition to any home.
