1922 Kid Kartoons Book-Gene Carr Comics-1st edition

Kid Kartoons by Gene Carr was published in 1922 in New York by The Century Co.  Other than a one page introduction, the rest of the book is full page cartoons suitable for framing.  The paper that they're printed on is quite thick.  The cartoons are only on one side of the page and there are no page numbers.  The book measures 9 3/4" x 7 3/4" x 1" thick.  Gene Carr was a well-known illustrator in the early 1900's.  He did a number of postcards.  There is a split in the hinge paper inside the cover and a name, date and address written in pencil inside the cover.  Other than that the book is in good condition with only minor wear.  Shipping will be determined using the ebay calculator.  The book weighs more than 2 pounds.

The last postal rate increase has really increased the shipping cost. We estimate the weight when wrapped-usually we're very close. We do not charge additional handling fees. For heavier items, we use the ebay special deal with UPS that has reduced the UPS charges 30%. Most items heavier than around 4 pounds are cheaper to ship using UPS in the US. The winning bidder has a choice on the method of shipping to keep the costs down.
