This is a Rare 1929 Children’s Book called “The Wee Scotch Piper”, by Madeline Brandeis. Published by Grosset & Dunlap, this 150 page hardcover, includes an exciting story about a Boy Bagpiper from Scotland, as well as having many B&W photos of Scottish People & it’s Scenic Countryside. The book is in Great Condition, with only minor wear, and a name written in one corner of the inside front cover endpaper leaf. The Dust Jacket has some light wear & tears along its edges.
