| ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ the story of lucky strike ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ by roy c flannagan. published for the 1939 new york world's fair. has embossed logo of the fair on cover. and is the new york world's fair edition. hardcover. 94 pages. condition? front cover has some staining to the left and to the right of title plate and a little on the title plate itself.. as well as several areas to the lower right front. a few spots of similar to revers. one area of cover along spine is a little mushed as are a few other places along or around the edges. (one of these actually has a scrape along edge). corners are a bit bumped. all pages have light to moderate toning from age with the endpapers being a bit darker. property of and name are pencilled inside front cover. overall a very clean book. sepia toned photos/illustrations throughout. chapters include but not limited to the indian plant "making" tobacco curing tobacco the auction manufacturing processes...
