1939 Vintage Mickey Mouse Ingersoll Wrist Watch W/Box

You are bidding on an excellent presentation and rare opportunity to own, or add to your collection, a professionally restored 1939 Ingersoll Mickey Mouse wrist watch WITH Vintage Box in pristine condition. 

I have tested the watch several times since total restoration for 24-48 hours several times to check for dependency and accuracy and it appears to be consistent with keeping correct time across the board.  As can be seen from the photos it has a case in excellent condition. The face, dial and hands are also in expected excellent condition for the age of this watchwork.  For the record, "Made In U.S.A." appears above the 12.   "Ingersoll Mickey Mouse © W. D. Ent" appears on right hand side by 3.  The band is worn leather....probably original.

The box appears to be sold originally from a Sears, Robuck and Co. Retail store for the sticker on the back of the box ($2.95) is very clear and readable.  The inside of the box seems to be original color with minimum, if any at all, fading.  The whites are crisp and clean and the orange still holds a vibrant color.  There is a hand written $2.95 in the upper left hand corner on the inside of the box, but everything else seems intact and as original as can be expected at this age.

The outside of the box is a bit more faded and the whites are not as bright as on the inside.  It appears that some child has colored the white face and gloves of Mickey a dark gray or almost black color.  Upper left hand outside of box is a name written on the box...presumed to be the child who first owned the watch...but let your imagine wander and come to your own conclusion on who or whom decided to put their name on the box that held the treasure of the watch inside.  Shows pride of ownership of the watch from the beginning...or shortly after.
