1948 Bedford short wheel base 2-3 ton truck.

Made in England & Assembled by GMH Australia.

This absolutly stops traffic when driving down the road or even parked, a true head turner. It would suit suit promo work as it creates so much attention.

Featuring:

Ford 351 Cleveland 5.8L
4 barrel holley
C4 auto with T bar shifter
New wilwood master cylinder
New H/D brake booster
Brakes reconditioned, work very well.
New screen and rear window seals
New floor in drivers compartment
New battery
Reconditioned radiator fitted with thermo fan
Reconditioned tail shaft
New hot rod wiper motor
Hot rod rear view and peep side mirrors.
Very clean rust free cab and chassis.
Cool hand signal for turning and slowing
New Chrome air filter and hi flow element
All the windows and doors work really well and the glass is good

You can drive it as is, (I used it for my wedding car on a trade plate) but it needs attention to the engine cross member and probably the transmission cross member also as they're not properly engineered.

The wiring harness is just a tempory measure and it's only hooked up between the starter, alternator, thermo fan and battery.
Engine doesn't blow any smoke, but will need a tune and has some tappet noise, also has leaky sump bolt.
Exhaust needs some hangers and U bolts.
New tyres for RWC.

Fits on a tandem trailer for easy towing.
Inspection welcome.
