Villiers 49 CC engine

Approx 80% complete (missing mud guards and tyres).

Parts ready sandblasted and undercoated

 

Restoration project never got around to completing.

Condition is good but not perfect.

Collection via pick up only unless you arrange your own removals service.

To shed more light for all given questions: Chain sprockets worn and some wear on spokes from chain. Wheels otherwise perfect.

 Q: FYI - I donot believe this is a Malvern Star - wrong tank, numerous details of the frame. Engine is a Mk 2f villiers - 98cc.

 Q: Hi, Just a couple of questions... Does the engine turn over or is it seized? What sort of seat does it take? Is the front end sprung or rigid? Thanks.
A: engine turns over. Seat is excellent condition motorcycle type frame, needs recovering. Front end is sprung.

A: engine has compression and appears to be complete. Small cover on outside of engine broken but easily replaced.
